I have for sale one "short-body" (true) spotted gar (Lepisosteus oculatus). This fish is an anomaly just like other short-body fishes that occur from time to time, but the condition is rarely seen in gars. This fish is therefore quite rare and virtually none are currently available in the hobby.
Fish is perfectly healthy and currently eating fathead minnows (although can easily be switched to non-live), and is approximately 5.5-6" long. All funds generated from sale of this fish go towards continuing spotted gar conservation research.
Price of fish is $200.
Shipping is available, payment via paypal (E_americanus@hotmail.com). If you have further questions please post/PM/email me. Thanks for your interest and support!--
