No, I'm not a big fan of Hikari in general. And this is one of their lower quality foods, but the shape is too conducive to feeding my pleco. The sticks easily push into the zucchini ring and he gets more than just veggies, so it's better than nothing. Enjoy.
 
LMAO! Your pleco left a big hole on that? My own BN plecos would finish off the whole slice.

Oh. Questions!

The center is gone because my L200 won't eat the seeds and they rot in my filtration. So I remove the seeds entirely. He usually eats the skin first and finishes off the rest of it throughout the next day. But, yeah, he eats the whole thing.

The only thing I don't like about Hikari is that they use corn (and other cheap grains) as a filler in many of their most popular foods. Corn provides raw carbohydrates but is largely devoid of nutrients. They do a good job of adding supplemental vitamins, but why not just use food that is already good? Hikari is like white bread. It's still bread and you're not going to die from it, but why not use whole wheat instead?
