It took awhile for my big fish to take it, but now they don't differentiate between the nls 10mm sinking and hikari massivore at all.
My one ray was the first to take it. He's about two inches wider in diameter than the other one that didn't take to it as quickly. I think the nls is the reason for his growth spurt.
The pbass and the catfish were harder to convince, but now they all chow down on it. My Kelberi took to it first. He's grown 2-3" in the time since I've been feeding it (I started in April).
In other words, its great stuff and I highly recommend it. I still mix in some hikari massivore as I had to buy some to continue to ween the harder fish, but if you start the fish on it while they're still young, I bet it'd be super easy to feed them this stuff for life.
And the price is right! A 4lb tub is $55, vs a 2.2lb bag of massivore for $50.
I'll be buying more in the future for sure.
