well I am trying to cool the tank down a few degrees and dropped water level to get more "bubbles" to see if that helps.

Rapid, Labored Breathing

I already named him haha.He stopped hanging at the top of the tank and was moving around a lot more today but is still breathing faster and harder than normal
Also noticed his eyes seem a tad bit cloudy and he was scraping. Gonna turn on the UV (although it is too small for the tank) and grab some salt tomorrow.

Well he is acting as normal as I have seen him act except for the occasional scratch but I am putting salt in in the morning.
He is terribly skinny though but won't eat. He ignores pellets and spits out blood worms. He does attack the blood worms but keeps spitting them out.
