She was laying eggs when I left for work this morning. Crossing my fingers they get fertilized! I'll post pics tonight.
Here is the update. She laid the eggs. Hopefully he did his part. I put the divider back in to keep them from damaging each other anymore. I have a few questions since this is my first go at breeding fh's. Should I leave the eggs in with her or put them in another tank? What temp. is optimum for egg development? Will Pimafix be ok for an antifungal? Any advice will be appreciated!!
Bring the temp to 82. Leave the eggs until they a wrigglers or free swimming it's really your call them siphon them out. This is what I do and the one time I removed my BPx Cutteri spawn before the eggs hatched they all turned white.
Yeah, I'm losing my mind with anxiety! Time will tell and if it doesn't happen I'll keep trying!
