I've been building this tank for the past few months for my ever growing P. Henlei group. If you'd like to follow the build thread, go here.

I shot two videos-- one with the filter on, so you can see how the system works, and one with the filter off so you can get a good look at the rays.

Nice setup! And rays! You said the concrete was coated with a chlorinated rubber. Was this something you mixed up or something off of the shelf?

I had this custom mixed at a paint place here in Toronto that specializes in paint for aquatic applications. It was a bit more expensive, but I think it was worth it in the end.
 
wow insanely envious of hens and pond! makes its 100x better that you built that pond urself. very inspirational for me
 
nice fishes, can you tell me the detail of your filter? your pond very very clean and I dont see any algae, is it indoor?
