thanks

Are you looking to just have a few plants to add a little green to the tank, or the all out planted look? For just a couple plants to add to the tank, I'd go for some big anubias, swords (radican, ruben, amazon), and java ferns (or bolbitis species). If you want all out planted look, you are going to be looking at a lot more to go after. What kind of lighting is going on top, and how many watts?

Some java moss, swords would look good. Hygrophila polysperma would literally grow like a weed. Some Vallis species?

Java ferns, bolbitis ferns, amazons possibly dependent on how much light, java moss, anubias. All those will do fine.

Hygro and vals need moderate-low light. So florescents aren't going to cut it.

Interesting. They are some of the few plants that have more than thrived in my tanks, and some of the few plants ive actually had to cut back. This is going on actual experience, and I know a lot of people consider Hygrophila Polysperma to be even hardier than javas. Anubias would do good though.
