Looks like its coming along nicely! Have you given any more thought as to what you are going to stock it with?
 
I was thinking about a big Midas. My LFS has a few over a foot in a show pond at the front of the store. Gunna ask if the would think about selling one. If they say no then probably whatever they have that I find interesting. I'm not really set on a stock.

The stand is finished and in the living room. The doors are sitting on top now until they dry completely. Everything is taking forever to dry cus' it's so humid right now.

Well,,, I'm saving for another filter and currently have about $20 lol but my dads friend has a big eheim filter for his 180 that he isn't using that he might give me. I really hope he does. And for some reason my dad doesn't want to do anything else until we get a filter, like getting off water stains and getting it filled and start cycling with the filters I already have. Oh well , I knew this would take some time but dang.

I completely forgot about this thread. The tank has been running nicely for about 4 mouths now. The Brutus the Bullhead has two new tank mates, I got them two weeks ago. The big Oscar and the Pike. My mom named them Betty white and Edward haha. From when I first set up the tank and had those feeders I mentioned earlier in the thread two of them have serviced the whole time. I think they might just be permanent, they have earned their stay. I think I over payed for the Oscar. I paid 20 for it and it had bad fins that looked like they were burned. She looks a lot better now though. Still healing though.
