Need help guys with Aro foods (do i boil them or not)

Hello Guys
I just had a doubt
can we feed centipiedes to my aro I heard they are poisonous to feed to aro
And what bout feeding him beef heart do I boil it and then feed him or do I feed it to him raw
i saw my nearby pet shop feed his Aro beef heart raw but was not sure if i do the same
Guys
Pls clear my doubts
im a rookie in keeping Aros so pls guide
 
Do not feed mamalian protein.

If you want, feed it raw cubes of chicken once a month, after cutting away the fat tissue in the chicken.

Stick with pellets.

Give your aro a long life.

Do not feed it crittersbyou catch in the yard, also.

With beef heart. I wouldnt boil but i wood maybe light flash it w/ hot water to kill some parasites or bacteria

im really sorry if my question makes you guys feel that way
but no i dont want to treat my fish like any thing other than my own family member
the only reason i asked the question was cause i had seen a aquarium shop owner in my area feeding it to their arowanas so just wanted to understand if thats the right thing to do or not ifeed my aro only pellets and will nit feed him any thing else
and i didnt mean to offend any 1 herewith my question and if my my question has disturbed u guys im really sorry:(

I feed mine pellets as a staple and tilapia fillet and peeled market shrimp to supplement their diet. That's what I recommend.

depending on the size of your aro, precautions have to be taken when feeding centipedes. if your arowana is less than 25cm i would suggest giving baby centipedes about 2/3 the length of your pinky finger. Cut off the tail and antennae. Knock the head a few times and submerge him in the water for awhile before giving it to your aro. This will weaken the centipede lowering the chance of it fighting back. Or better, cut off the head.
 
Arowanas love to eat centiipedes, cockroaches, spiders, lizards, crickets. But the problem is you need to be sure that these are not contaminated with pesticides/insecticides. If you feed them these for some time, they will refuse taking other food such as pellets and you will need to starve them to accept them again.
