I don't have a "hospital" tank.. Does that mean I'm a good fishkeeper or a bad one? lol

:banhim: lol

Mine's just a 10 gallon tank...nothing special but it works in case of emergency...

but with a 5 gallon bucket, what if you have a sick fish that is too big for it?? Unless...you have no true monster fish:D

lol And I wondered the same thing actually.. 5g bucket is kinda small.

I haven't had any sick fish recently. Haven't had a fish with ick or other disease in like years. lol But have enough rubbermaid tubs that I can break one out if need be.

I always have rubbermaids on hand if needed too.

The Ghetto hospital is for fish 4" and under, so mini monsters or juvi monsters. i use less ghetto 50 gal rubbermaids for anything bigger that's sick or wounded.

current occupant is one of my TGT females (3"-4") that was beat down by the alpha male (current breeding project).

just a 10g... however ive got snails breeding in it at the moment... theres several 20g rubbermaid tanks sitting around as well as an empty 60g if i really need it... not that i have any grown monsters though... so i guess the rubbermaid tanks will do for now

my hospital/quarantine tank is a 10 gallon, although technically I'm quarantining fish in a 20 long at the moment too.
