Looks more like heterospila to me its not a Breidohri i can tell you that much
 
i just looked at a picture of a vieja bifasciata and it totally looks like that. maybe thats what I have.

If they mislabeled that guy, who's to say they didn't do same with other fishes.


I have seen a few variations/race of Blackbelts, some will have lots of red while others will have barely any besides they reddish/pink tail.

My answer that yours is BB is not definite but leaning towards it.
