help buying red terror

I have red terror for about 2 years.

I call every pet store or fish store in Southern California to check it.

Finally, it pays off.

If you look for festae, (as opposed to red terror) you may get closer to what you want.
In many places the name "red terror" is synonymous with both fish.
Young festae may look like this.

a female without a male in the tank, will often not show true colors, and look like this.

put a male in the tank and things can change radically, the same female as above, below with a male present.
