For sure at 4. But u can't verify their size. A true gold will have gold all the way to the top when mature. Red tail golden won't have gold all the way to the top when mature. The top meaning scales running on the very superior top side.

My meaning was from the pic I can see the gold up to 5th level almost, so thinking it was a highback , but am not sure if a baby rtg will looks the same , maybe it will have a 5 level gold when young after adult it will turn black again

It's a RTG (Red tail golden arowana)
Coz of the following features:
1. Barbles are pale color( Would have been red in a case of Red Grade 1)
2. Shine level is upto 4, at back 5th level.
3. No perles.( Perlies are a must for XB.)

If you are lucky it could be a High back, i'm not sure coz the size is small.
