1st try and raise the temp of the hot spot to around 90F. I've never had an exotera but are you able to cover part of the screen top with plastic wrap or tinfoil? You wanna keep the humidity around 70-80% but mostly just try and raise the temp of the hot spot. Also pinky mice are waaay too small for a ball python. Newborns are able to eat small adult mice right away. Also how long have you had it? Are you holding it? If you just got it recently, I would leave it alone until it eats. Just do your daily maintenance checks and water top offs but that's it.
