I have a mystery cichlid and need an ID. I bought this fish some 4 months ago as a baby Jack Dempsey. Fast forward to about four months ago and his color began to fade and it's color was fading into an off yellow/orange fish. Now he is almost completely faded with orange hues shining through. Any of you happen to know what this fish is?
