Actually, it is.

And if you're planning to drive all the way up from SD, a few miles difference surrounding the area shouldn't matter.

I sold this tank and stand to Matt. I even helped him move it up zig-zag stairs in the heat of summer to the second floor apt. Be ready to break a sweat.
