Hello everyone,
I just want to give a bit of a background on myself. So here goes.
I have 2 tanks as of now, a 75g and a 55g. The current stock is all Central American Cichlids, except for my Striped Raphael Catfish.
In the 75g I have:
1- 4" managuensis
1- 6" synspilum
1- 4" convict
1- 5" striped Raphael

In the 55g I have:
1- 8.5" male JD
1- 4" managuensis
1- 3" Dovii
1- 3" convict
1- 4" striped Raphael

I have a plan to get two 150's in the next few months. This is a great site from what I've seen so far.

I am seeing a dovii and 2 jags? one of those tanks will need to be 250 for the dovii, other tank take the jags, no ideal what you going to do with the rest unless you keep the other 2 going.

Merry Christmas! Instead of 2 150's, get a 300 or 400. Sump with filter socks. Give your jag a tank that's just TOO big. :)

pair of jags do fine in a 145, or 150, its what mine are in, no other fish, the dovii requires a much larger tank. we talking about a 2 foot cichlid that eats cichlids. including jags.

I plan on keeping my current tanks up & running. 1 of the jags will not be staying. In about another year I plan on setting up a 300+ for the Dovii. I work for a company that uses tons of acrylic, so I will be getting it at bulk cost.
