In the divided 75 the male showing lots of aggression to the female.... Can't trust him with no divider unless I'm home all day...

Both nice fish....they have also had grammodes at my LFS within the last year....wanted one but did not push it....

Thanks... At this time my male is about over 4 inches but no more than four and a half.... female about three and three quarter inches and no more than 4... Just keep a sharp eye on your pair by themselves... my male will definitely kill the female given the chance ... For the two of them to be in the same tank the divider I have in there is a must, he is at an agressive stage right now... And I'll describe it as food aggression ...he wants to clear the area of any competition to his food source and acts like an untrained dog that will attack if anything goes near his bowl.... He is always hovering near the top of the tank looking to get fed..... right now forming a pair with a female seems to be the furthest thing from his mind.......
