So, the matala under my bio balls clogged. Now i got to take all 45 gallons out! Re-clean and find a new use for the board. All this as my tank just now looks and preforms some what normal. Is this going to crash my system? all most all the bio balls are underwater now.:irked::irked::irked::irked:

You could just rinse it out in some tank water and it wont crash your system. But wet dries have a different type of bacteria which is aerobic and not anaerobic. Anaerobic beneficial bacteria doesn't use air so having the bio balls submerged will basically kill the anaerobic bacteria and your aerobic bacteria will need to catch up. But i'm sure you have anaerobic bacteria in the tank, they multiply so fast I would be surprised if your ammonia goes past .2 ppm. If it does just dose with some prime for a couple days and your cycle will be short.
