Please help me ID

Hi everyone, I was hoping that someone could help me ID this fish, it came in with a group of JD's. Thanks for all your help in advance.

It has a red border to the dorsal and greenish/blue spots.

convict dempsey hybrid? Did you get your fish from petsmart?

Actually I ordered a group of JD's from Coast Tropicals and this was in the bag. I'm aquatics specialist at petco. I did notice that he/she has the marking of some of the salvini on the gill plates, unlike my female jack or male convict.

Looks like a amphilophus hybrid like robertsoni but there's no jack or convict in it

One of my customers at work said that it was a juvi red Texas, he has some and said at that size (2") they looked just like this.

I would also say that is a Convict x Jack hybrid!!! I had a few of them in the past and they looked just like that.
