im at about 600 bucks in dead fish:cry:

freaking 6"aft jumped out of a 1" gap in lid this morning. very aggravated

In my lifetime? Thousands. Many died of old age, but there's been diseases, tank blowouts (including one very expensive reef tank failure), many leaps of faith, and of course the notorious "incompatible tankmates."

Ooops, I thought the question was how many lost fish made up your $600 loss. I had no idea a single African Tiger fish was that expensive.

I lost ~ $40 dollars (200-400ish) golden shiner minnows in a QT pond this past winter when the temps dropped to negative F and the power went off and the surface freeze was as thick as my fish within a day.
