Looks like salt water, maybe some type of parrot or wrasse. A location would be helpful.

It has the body shape and coloration of a juvenile parrot, but the mouth tells me its not...parrots have a "beak" thats angled downward....

It's like a parrot/wrasse hybrid lol! Location would definitely help though.
