Yeah I figured, too bad that doesn't help me name him lol. Some fish are easy to name and some just don't ever get a name.

Lol. Named my female green Apolla. It was originally Apollo because I thought it was a male and he's a SUNfish, get it :). But figured out she was a female a few weeks later and I was so used to the name so I just used the Spanish naming rule and changed the O to an A.

On a side note, what kind of setup is your guy in?

The pattern and color don't look quite right for a pure green, it could be a hybrid.
A picture with better lighting would be helpful.
I thought it looked a bit like a Green X Pseed but it doesn't look as tall as those hybrids tend to normally be so if it is a hybrid then Cyanellus is definitely the dominant side.

Awhile back I asked about a picture of a green x pumpkinseed and someone said that's what it was and my fish looks like the one in the picture so I always thought it was a hybrid but I went along with DM's opinion.
