i have a 55g with a polypterus senegalus at 5-6'' and i found a pleuropthalma in a very good price in my local petshop at 6-7'' is it possible a combination of a bichir and a Pleuropthalma ?
how fast does this fish grows?

Yes, it is possible to keep pleurophthalma with polypterus sp.

How fast does which fish grow?... Pleuro or Senegalus?

At a year old a Pleuro will get to about 12inches, 16 inch max size.

Although a 55g tank is way too small for a Pleuro imo.
