IN the south there is strange little moving fish store that only pulls up in your neighborhood a few days out of the year. This truck will be coming to my town on February 11 from 8:00-9:00 AM.

This time the truck will be bringing...

4-6" Channel Cats for $28.00 for a 100

6-8" Channel Cats for $42.00 for a 100

Bluegill (Coopernose and Hybrid)

Redear

Large Mouth Bass

Black Crappie

8-11" Grass Carp

Flathead Minnows

I missed them last year but they are coming early this year. If you could pick up any of those which would you be interested in...

What would make in a community tank of monsters?

This is not a vendor thread or a for sale thread and I'm not going to buy fish and ship them to you. Believe they would be dead by the time I got through with them. I have a hard enough time with them in an aquarium much less in a box.

Just give me your thoughts...:WHOA:

I am thinking of a couple of LMB and a Black Crappie

i would get a channel cat i love those things to death

I have a channel cat. I cannot believe they sell for so much in an LFS and you can get a 100 of them 28.00 from Pond Stockers.

Yeah thats what I have , a Largemouth Bass and a Channel Cat.

Honestly dude, its the best mix, my two fish work together to round up the feeders and devour them.

Channel Cats are really kool! :headbang2

I'm going to pick up a few LMB. I will probably get a black crappie. I have decent sized channel cat now.

Is this pond stocking truck just something that takes place in the south or have has anyone heard of it before?

I posted a thread before when I missed the truck and many seemed like it was something unheard of...

I am definitely getting LMB and fathead minnows...thinking about the Black Crappie...

Arkansas is in the south? I never knew that!

I would also like more info on the mobile pond stocker unit. Thats a great idea for all the sub-divisions and fancy neighborhoods with a pond in every backyard. Give the redear a try they are wonderful fish.. Crappie is next on my list of native species to check out.

As for the fishmobile, I want pics!

I am from Lake Charles, La. I had always felt that anything aboe I-10 was yankee country.

I am going to get a couple of LMB, Redear, Black Crappie, and some Fathead minnows for feeders.

There is another on Feb. 5. They will also have Hybrid Blue gill. I will hit them first on the 5th.

These guys usually like to sell their stuff in the 100's. But I am going to be asking for ones and twos.
