They never give you a shipping price till the product is shipped 
They split boxes as THEY see fit.. So double priced shipping is a regular thing if you order more than one fish or species...
I always think about ordering from them but the dozens of people in my neighborhood that have always ask what i'm ordering and then tell me it is a bad idea unless i want to pay out my hole in shipping./..
If you are ordering one fish... Ya probably a good idea.. but aroudn here we rarely order less than ten... depending on what we are getting.. cichlids are usually by the tens.

I talked to the owner four a couple hours. He even walked me through what I was doing wrong with my ghost shrimp breeding project. He treated me like family.
I read through all the policies, some may be a little different then normal, but all businesses have policies.
I am OK with not knowing the shipping until Thurs. They weigh the box and you find out then. Not to hard to deal with that....Store credit for dead loss...Everyone does that....Always sending dead animals....Would they still be in business if they could not fulfill even one order?????....
He told me about some things that are not on the website. I think if this order comes in intact, I will be ordering from him in the very near future.
