This is for you Dr. Joe I sent you a couple of pms about whether or not this tank would hold water. The tank is 3/4" plywood and there are 2x2s in every seam. I have fg double on the seams and single on the flat sides. So far only one coat of epoxy but I plan on about 3. Sorry for the lack of pics but gf had it on vacation so this is what I have so far.

Sorry about the bad pics but the epoxy is so shiny its hard to get them to come out. Also all the dust that you see is stuck in the epoxy because I forgot and used my shopvac near it. Dumb Idea btw. If anyone can give constructive criticism please post.

One more thing that I have noticed is that there looks like there are bubbles in the fg 90% of which are hard like they are filled in with resin but there are a few that give when I push on them. Is this something that I should worry about and how do I go about Fixing this problem?

Looking good. This is the way I made made tanks for a client yeas ago, far as I know they're still going strong (client moved out of area and then sold business several years later).
A) Don't use shopvac near wet fiberglass .

B) Press any large bubbles before you put the last coat on, if they are very big puncture and press resin into them during the final coat.

I definately learned my lesson with the shop vac. How do you think something like a turkey injector would work with the bubbles and do you think I should fill them with epoxy or fg resin.

Turkey injector ?!? Just how big are these bubbles? Pix?

The resin should be fine.

Turkey injectors are nice to have around. The needle is about 1/8" so the bubbles would have to be large to be worthwhile. Check out medical supply stores for either large syringes or those with tapered plastic needles. With the tapered plastic, you can taylor the size by trimming it.
