Took the family up the coast for the Easter break.Visited Under Water World and Australia Zoo.A trip enjoyed by all.Thought I'd share some of what we saw and enjoyed.Hope you enjoy but I meant it when I said LOAD WARNING!:D

I also apologise for some of the not so good quality pics but you get the idea. The Dovii was my highlight for the trip.Every bit of 20" and that's being generous :)

In no particular order

Do they still have all the Pacu, ID sharks and RTC in the Amazon tank?
Yes but I was surprised that there were no Aros.Silver or Saratoga. It didn't seem complete with out them IMO.

this picture makes me sad :( but i love the other pics
Yeah a little but no more sad then the fish in our own tanks IMO.I can assure you if I had no choice about being in captive care I would still be very lucky to end up at Australia Zoo.In case you didn't know, this is the zoo built by Steve Irwin and of very high quality when it comes to animal care:)

Bindi even made an appearance. That had my seven yr old girl ecstatic:nilly:I hadn't been there in a while. It is amazing how much they have expanded and the improvements were just great.:)
