Ropefish on Eating Strike*HELP*

Need help my ropefish hasn't seemed to eat anything in 4 days now.
I am getting worried I have tried the following foods

FROZEN-
Beefheart
Bloodworm

Live-
Earthworms

along with
market shrimp and groundbeef

Additional Info
Tank was rearranged about 3 days ago could this be it.
My snakeskin gourami was also transferred 2 days ago.

NEED HELP ASAP

When you rearanged your tank it could have caused some ammonia and or nitrites to be released test your water.

four days? damn sometimes i don't even feed my fish for four days haha.

My ropefish didn't eat a single thing for 2 months straight. He just recently starting eating and now won't stop.

Live black worms finally got him to take the plunge. could try those.

First test your water
second hunger strikes are not uncommon
third Tank was rearranged about 3 days ago could this be it.possibly try feeding at night

Ropefish ate after 6 days

Rearranged tank back to same setup before ropefish went on eating strike and now 2 days after I rearranged the tank back it's tummy is full of ground beef.

i only feed mine when he comes out to say she's hungry and thats about once every one or 2 weeks (but she also eats the whole block of beefheart and is only 7-8 inches)

Once in awhile as a treat but not good all the time 'cuz of fat content. Beef heart is muscle so healthier for them.

It's cooked ground beef so it has less fat.
