He's 7". I bought him as a Fenestratus but I think he looks more like a hybrid. He's quite a lot blue-r than what you see in the pics. The flash drowns out the blues and greens. Any ideas?

Sorry. Was just really really frustrated. Thanks man. But imagine some blue/green just below the dorsal fin and a blue mask over the face and cheeks. Would that still be a Syn? I'm saying this 'cause the pics don't show the blue/green on the body and blue face.cookiemonster;1718467; said:Whoa dude,

I've already apologised for my rude comments. So why are people still so aloof? I want an identification, that's all. None of the usual experts have posted anything here. Please, for god's sake tell me what fish I have in those pics. THANK YOU VERY MUCH IN ADVANCE.
I'd say if you bought it as a fenestratus ,that is likely what it is. I don't see anything in the pics to prove otherwise. You'll know better when it gets a little bigger.
