Well, I called to see how Silver my old 7 inch female, Senegal was doing.

The owner tells ne that her first night there, her tail got bit off by a Pacu, that he put her in with!! :irked:


I was like, "What?!"

And he told me, "Yeah it must have been sticking out a bit. She'll learn not to do that."

Now yeah I know that's the chance you take,a nd that she is not technically my fish anymore, but I'm seriously considering buying her back and finding her a better home!! I know that dude would go for it.

Am I nuts?? :screwy: :nilly:
 
Your silver? An Arowana?

Geez, that's horrible, I'd totally buy it back. Anything to keep it away from people who don't know what they're doing. Yeah, it's not your fish anymore, but you still have some responsibility on finding it a good home.
 
Silver is- er, was my Senegal.

No one here wanted her and Barbie didn't have room to take her and she was tearing up my other Sens.

I traded Silver in for the new Delhz I have now. As soon as I get the money ($20) I will go buy her back. Unless someone on here wants to give her a good home. She is in a Spokane, Wa Petstore.

Crap, I'd gladly take it but I live all the way down in FL...
 
Get it back. I had to give up a small silver(4-5 inches) a long time ago and the idiots put him in a tank full of same size oscars. Didn't last the day. Find someone who can give it a better home.
 
My bad too for not fully reading original post. Lot of that going on tonight. Still should be able to find her a home quickly. I also would take but a little far away.
 
I have requested he move her several times. He told me to my face, that he has no tanks, or room.

But I see several empty spaces, and empty, dry tanks that I'm sure he could set up using some water from a few of the mature tanks. I mean come on!!:irked:
