i think its best if its just 5-10 per head or something..... people can still bring chips soda what not if they want but at least this will cover the big stuff like meat or what not....... that is if there is a place to cook there or just going to buy something i dont know....
 
I think a basic head count would help with food prep.
Count me in. I already let R1 know I'm in for raffle stuff as well. Nothing for sure yet, but likely Prime, Food, and maybe some pumps/heaters.
If we're talking like 25-30 people, I think pot luck would probably be a good idea unless a $5-10 charge per person is asked for to cover it.

FOOD? Joey and I were thinking we can do food such as buffet style or BBQ or other type of food if we can split the food bill by the person? or members can bring food in..
