I have to agreed with you...when i watch a Vids on youtube that johnpct put in there. It stated the different from female and male. you can tell by looking at it.

here is the vids...the breeder will tell ya how to sex the ST male and female. before the first min is over. look at his hands will tell you if the ST open wide like your hands and body shape it's female. fingers together shape it will be male.

boy and girl are different.(In my opinion)
boy......Flat and long body shape.
girl......round and short body shape.
u can see the different when they grow up.
