Hello, this is my wild caught 14"(not sure, between 12"-14") delhezi, I'm keeping it for about 2 months. It stays in a 30 gal tank, alone with feeder mollies, decorated with plastic plants and pvc tubing which it uses rarely. It didnt eat anything for the first ten days, and so far it eats only raw beef heart and some live molies if it can catch. This diet is unhealty but I could nt make it eat any commercial food(carnivor tablettes, aro sticks, granule food etc) İt doesnt even eat everyday, I feed it with beef heart every 2 days, and it eats less than my 8" electric cat (as comparison). And see it catching one or two mollies at night. It seems to be very healty, only a little slim. How can I make it eat commercial food?

Ok, starwe it and wait and then expect it to eat what kind of food?
Also before I starwed it for 5 days and nothing happened, how many days should I?

Ok but, if it goes on market shrimp will it be a good diet? I want it to eat fish food, my senegalus eats all kind of fish food, tablets, sticks, granules, even flake food. Is not it better for my delhezi to eat that kind of food which has balanced nutrions and added vitamins?

Nope, we dont have bloodworms in Turkey. Only tubifex worms which usually caries disease. Perhaps earth worms but it is hard to find too, I'm living in the biggest city in Turkey and it is hard to find some soil to dig.
Also I believe converting it to eat another meaty food is not the solution, it already eats beef heart. Dont anyone think if it is better to swith to dry foods?
