Nice v. maculicauda, colors look a bit washed up though. Can't see much of the reds. The p. synspilus looks a bit strange around the mouth area, doesn't fit the norm of the syns profile, but definitely a nice fish!


 
colors are all washed out got off work late and turned on the lights for photos. the only vieja showing true colors is the bigest on with the full stripe still not sure what kind it is though
 
Nice tank and fish. The unidentified cat looks to be a Tachysurus fulvidraco. I've seen them from time to time in the hobby, but never in great numbers. Nice pick up.
 
there cool cats i have two of them pretty calm yet still active. eating pellets,worms spirulina flakes ect. they swim up top during the night digging through the water lettuce.
 
looked it up and i would say positive I.D. on the cats according to planet catfish may also explain my clown loaches nipped fin
 
thank you very much the tank also has 5 clown loaches a fire eel and a senegal bichir about 8-9 inches
