to make sure my s,niger is pretty happy all he should need is a emperor 200 and an air rock and heater set at 78 derges
 
id keep the temp in the low-mid 80s as disease preventative/growth rate inducer

he doesnt need an air stone / air pump at all, the filter will give more than enough oxygen by itself
 
To my surprise, my 2 rbp's has been living in my 125 tank for 3 weeks without any filters...Just a powerhead.

This is true if you have adiquit filter's and Power heads (move that water) .

and for the guy with the P's and no filters' just a power head what do
you thaink his water prams are .
 
water wont be good after 3 weeks with no filter!
this next week the piranhas are gonna suffer.
youve only just got away with it becasue of the volume of water.

is it becasue youve just noticed your filter has broken or you forgot to plug it in?
