What should I do? Gulper changed color? What's wrong with my gulper?????

My water parameters are fine, I just did a 50% water change. Ammonia and nitrates are 0. It started a couple of days ago. They stopped eatting last week.. My biggest gulper started to get spots. Now he is almost all yellow. I have a aquar clear 110 and a xp3 and a powerhead in there. What should I do?????

I do water changes every week and I check my params every 2 days

is this yellow coloring like a film on his skin, my gulpers backs are covered in a yellow film that is quickly clearing since I've begun treatment for columnaris, my fish show almost no ulcers now and the film is close to gone as of this morning, big improvement since last night, I'm sure you've read my post and some of your symptoms sound like mine, my fish showed bumps at beginning stages and the white film and ulcers turned yellow over time, my fishes external infections never broke ground until I raised the temp in my tank to 86 then all hell broke lose, blisters appeared all over the body in a short span of time. it sucks that your fish is at the point of swimming upside down, I would think that it is suffering from some sort of serious internal bacterial problem by now
