It was worth the eight hour drive :grinyes:
 
The viewing window was assembled on sight from six panes. The seams were visible but were easy to ignore. They aren't very visible in the above video.

The viewing window at the aquarium in Japan is larger by one inch.

We were on a behind the scenes tour when they were feeding the whale sharks. They are hand fed from the boats using those small buckets on the ends of the poles. It is rare to see all four whale sharks at the same time but at feeding time they were all at the surface eating. The enclosure was so large that I couldn't get all four into the same picture.

The whale shark pool is designed to house six adults plus all the other fish.

Beluga Whales.
There were three in this enclosure but the two females prefer to stay out of the main pool and out of the public eye.
