Does anyone own an octopus or squid? any pics.

Ive read from an article recently that squids and octupus
or other animals from the Cephalopoda family do poorly in home aquaria
because they require perfect water and require specialized diets. It would
be awesome to have though.

I know. I have heard that the dye from them can really screw up a tank. and that they can climb out of the tank even if there is a cover on it. They are sneaky

They are a pain in the ass to keep and only live around ~3 years.

alot of species live less than 1 year, and buy the time they get to your door they may only have 6 months of life left in them!

they must be fairly common in the trade though. i see them on a regular basis here in small town wisconsin for 30 bucks usually.
