In Dallas the main attraction is the Dallas World Aquarium. It's a huge all indoor aquarium, terrarium and simulated rain forest with exibits and animals from all over the world.
But we also have the Dallas Aquarium. It's a small little aquarium center that opened in 1936. I heard it was shutting down in 2 weeks and I haven't been there in years so I went to give it one last look. They were already shutting down some of the tanks and stuff but I found out they're doing a remodel and will reopen in about 2 years fully updated.
Most of the tanks were not even labeled with what the fish were.

You can't tell but this bowfin is at least 3 feet long.
