I don't know much about africans. Could you tell me what a shell dweller is? I clicked on the thread expecting to see some claws and legs. Instead, I see empty shells and fish.:confused:

Shell dwellers are just that. Fish that live in shells. ;) Awesome little fish...I just got 12 baby Lamprologus meleagris (pearlies). Gotta go get some shells tomorrow so they can live happily.

Ah. Thank you. Thats an interesting characteristic in a fish, isn't it? How big do they get? Do they kill snails or anything like that to get their shell? Or do they just take over already empty ones?
