This one seems to have an odd shape and displays a little blue on his face which leads me to think its a hybrid.

The lab might be a hybrid, but most likely the black face and bars are just do to inbreeding. Unfortunately most of the yellow labs available have been inbred for generations due to the fact that they weren't imported for many years after their first importation. It's becoming easier to find good ones but still not common.
 
I have to agree the lab looks like its crossed with an elongatus of some sort
