Need help with oscar

Eyes are puffed way out of his head and mouth looks raw and has flesh hanging off. I think it was one of his tankmates but I want to see what you guys think.

is there bigger fish in the tank. If so and they are more agressive they could be attackin that fish.
 
He is the biggest by far. I have a 6in red devil/midas, 6-7in ?starlye?, and a 3in black convict in the tank. The oscar is pushing 9in and gets a long fine with both devil and convict. The other one tries to pick fights but almost always backs off. Best chance it is him. Do you think he'll be alright? He's quarintined in my 10 gallon right now.
 
he should be fine... just looks like he fought with another fish.
 
My oscars had the same eyes. It's normal.... nothing to be worried about. Looks like he been locking jaws from its mouth but that's normal too for cichlids. You missed a good battle but he'll be fine. Good luck
