cracked my flower..

fianally got my stubborn female flower to eat market shrimp..she's only fed on worms, i.e. black worms, nightcrawlers..anything live..i had a brain storm and decided to try shrimp and a large crawler together, my problem was keeping her from spitting the shrimp and eating just the crawler.

my solution was to bore a hole through the center of a 3/4" long piece of shrimp and thread the crawler through the hole and tie it into a knot around the shrimp..been doing this daily for a week and feeding her only with a long pair of tongs.today she will eat only shrimp with out the worm..woohoo!!!

I wish I had these problems... all of my rays have always taken to shrimp quick... my first ray was the most difficult, I think she showed the others to eat shrimp fast or consider it a forced diet

I never get a chance to come up with these types of ideas
