I am considering organizing a central american fishing trip and was researching yesterday and found some awesome pics of people catching dovii. For fishing purposes they are called rainbow bass, check em out!

How big were the ones you guys were catching? I have heard they can get up to 12 lbs....?! Holy smokes

Its in the preliminary stages right now, I am hoping to get more info from people on this board who have done collecting and fishing trips in that area before. I'll keep you posted.
