I rescued this paroon fish a few weeks ago and it seems that his fins dorsel and tail have been picked at. Not sure if he was born without them which i doubt. i have already had him for 3 months and he was not grown at all and his fins, dorsel and tail have no grown back.? He is the cutest paroon i ever owned he eats great and besides being handicapped he is fine. . Any chance that his fins, dorsel and tail will grow back?
