Little brown bugs on my water... what is it?

I started feeding Cichlid Gold to my fish about 2 months ago and I just noticed there are little brown jumping bugs all along the water...

What is it?
Will they huirt my fish?
how do I get rid of them?


I have been wiping them off with a napkin for the past 2 days.
All my fish seem to be acting normal and I have lowered my feeding

i saw those in my friend pet shop the other day, it was with the guppies lol
 
nope... they are brown tho and crawl on the tank right near the the water. Some do jump on the water tho?

Well atleast I know they wont hurt the fish:D

I have had my 300 running for a while now and the only change I have done is Pellets... Before that I never seen them.

I do feed daily and not enough to let food sit on the bottom (not to say there isint times where there might be some left over) and with the Pellets, they are gone with in 5 min. Im assuming the little Pcs that float off gets these little guys fed



I know someone has to know what they are and how to get rid of them:D?
 
yeah i have no idea what they are. and i only have them on 2 of my tanks, but they all eat the exact same. :confused::screwy:
