Hey all,
Planning on picking up this fish but want to know if if a male or female...
what do u think... and can I get an ID also... thanks in advance =)

How do you know it's a female? Did you get over there and vent it or something?

It's a very nice monoculus.

Not always......u can tell either by the anal fin or venting it. venting is the more accurate way though
 
Check out the Hump on my Mono , on my Avator, now thats a male hump
 
Matured male Mono almost always have a hump. Even without it you can look at the head shape of any pbass to have an idea of the sex. The squarish and bigger heads are male and the sloppish and smaller heads are female. Not 100% but close.

I bet that is a female. Wager anyone? :o
