Just got back from France 6 days carp fishing did quite well the biggest fish 42lb the next one down 32 followed by a 30lb common then 24 and a 21 and a load of smaller stuff thought I would share as a lot of Americans now getting into the Carp seen. This has been big here in England for 30+ Years now and growing like the fish.:headbang2

Carp bate is a huge thing I could write pages on it we use Boilies man made high protein boiled bates but I have caught them on Sweat Corn Brazil Nuts Tiger nuts Pea Nuts (you must cook the nuts or they swell up and kill the fish) Luncheon meat (spam) maggots worms Dog food cat food dog biscuits. The list goes on. Got some good boilie recipes but you need to get the base mixes and flavouring for them. I have had a load of success with 20mm Halibut and Salmon Pellets.
