please explain...
so the pressure turns the spray bar because of how the wholes are drilled on the spray bar?

Yes, the water flows out in one direction causing it to spin. Be aware though that rotating spray bars are prone to clogging which stops them from spinning.

What's the problem with your drip plate? Is the water channeling to one side?

I believe my water pumps too much gph so it causes the water to shoot out too fast.

It trickles alright, but it does not trickle like how I would like it to be.
For example, If I add foam filters pads over the drip plate to filter left over feedings, it wont trickle..

Drill the holes bigger and/or more of them. Putting foam filters over a drip plate will cause the water to channel to wherever it exits the foam. It's not the drip plate in that case. That'll happen no matter how many holes you have.

What type of overflow do you have? Does it have a prefilter?

the tank is 66.5 long x 23.5 wide x 28 tall...

the overflow is on the middle of the right side of the tank...(middle of the 23.5 wide)
the dimension of the over flow is 4x8" and I'm not sure what a prefilter is..

in that case no.

My overflow is kind small so I just have to get some ideas of how to install that prefilter in there.. working with such a small overflow is kinda difficult.. I don't even have a noise reducer because its so small..it drains extremely loud too.

btw nolapete, I am really thankful that you are being really cooperative with me.
